Which software was used to animate Wall-E?
Pixar have their own unique in-house software programs which are used for the majority of their production work, so Wall-E will have been created mostly with that. Animators are trained in them after they are hired by Pixar, so it's not something you can learn to use.
Though they do also use some commercial software in parts of their pipeline as well (Maya/3DS Max/Zbrush etc), and Maya and Zbrush are the most popular in commercial animation if you are looking to get into that.
