Need more details, bud. From the description you gave it could be any quality of acoustics. Of course, if you're asking if it's good to start playing or as your first acoustic, anything will do as long as you aren't playing for a large audience. If you were looking for an intermediate to advance quality guitar, generally you should avoid anything that says "Quality Wood Construction." Phrases like that mean that the wood could be plywood.
