Clock Lighted
What to do if my alarm clock LIGHT doesn't work? (ipod dock system)?
I bought a "sound machine" system with ipod dock, alarm clock and clock wall projector etc .
I am absolutely gutted as the backlight for the alarm clock and light for the clock projector do not work.
I have changed the little lithium battery at the back 3 times in case it was that but it's not. Should i open and change something in the inside?What?
I don't know what to do.
Don't tell me to send it back as i've already spent too much money on it. I bought it on Ebay as new from the U.S (i'm in U.K). I waited 3 weeks for the delivery then i've been asked to pay VAT and courrier delivery charges when it arrived to the UK (and an adaptor).
The manufacturer is HOMEDICS (isound spa ss7000). Has anyone had a problem with theirs (or any other alarm clock) ? A contact number?

I called Homedics. They said i might have blown the product because the UK power is much higher than the US.

Is it possible to have it fixed? Where?
