tom tom Go 920 is it broke?

hello my tom tom wont stay on and when i first turn it on it comes up like a computer with a boot menu. it say all a what it is it say rtc,hardware type,checksum,memory,clocks,gps type,tft type,internal flash capacity,device id,battery boot,sd crd capacity,boot loader version and all things like that and stay on it wont turn on anymore just stays on that screen so is it completely broke or can it be fixed have no receipt for it i bought it about 10 months ago from halfords but have lost receipt. I have tried to restart but makes no different . Anyone no what to do?
