My cuckoo clock isn't working. How do I fix it?
When I start the pendulum it goes for about 2-3 minutes and then stops. I've checked and the chain is on the track and when I put a little more weight on the weight it does move the pendulum back and forth.
So when I hear the "ticktock" of the pendulum it's even and the clock is level, but then after about 2-3 minute the pendulum continues to swing, but you don't hear the "ticktock" anymore and then the pendulum stops shortly after. Any thoughts on what's wrong?
FYI the clock is only 6 months old. We got it in may.
