Know about a trading service where you can trade your home in one state to someone for their home in another?

Will be moving to Whidbey Island in Washington state and need to sell my shop and apartment (2 1/2 acres) in Norman, Oklahoma. Prime location, excellent condition, fantastic private neighborhood. Need to find property in Oak Harbor, or Coupeville, Anacortes or vicinity. Property with exceptional view is sought after.
My shop is 110 feet by 60 +. Apartment is over 1200 square feet. All steel stud and joist construction. Ceramic tile, glass blocks, 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen with center Island, ornamental iron pot racks, ornamental iron book shelves, central heat and air, 35x 10 outside steel storage building, brick fire pit, garden area, large trees, private paved road, many extras. Excellent location.

There are a few services where you can trade on a vacation basis, but I've not seen one where you can trade permanently! You could try posting in classified ads in the area you are looking to move to or maybe post a buyer profile on the Buyer Hunt dot com reverse MLS.
