Strange things in Lego Star Wars 2 Death Star Escape?
I have two questions. In the hallway to the right of the window washing room, you build something that looks like a droid door console, but it doesn't do anything. Any idea what this is for?
Also, there is a cuckoo clock in the room above the Falcon where Darth Vader is behind the bounty hunter door. There is a storm trooper access panel that you activate. Once you activate it, the white circle on the floor goes away. If you stand there, the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock stud go away. Also, if you stand there long enough and listen carefully, you will hear two "distant" explosions. Any idea what all of these things are?

The first I think is just a way to get lego studs for building something. The second part goes with fighting vader. Once you have all the men unlocked or a bounty hunter you fight vader at that level. It has been awhile but it seemed like I did not get to kill vader there that he ran after I got close to beating him.
