I have an ornament with a marble base. I want to apply a felt backing to it to stop it scratching the table?
Are there special glues, felt cutting scirrors etc to do this ?
I'd try contact cement. that way you don't have to worry about the felt coming off and catching something when you move the item.
no special felt scissors, but if you have scissors that are used just for fabric, use those. regular scissors should work fine though (unless they're incredibly dull).
