How to make mini PAPER flowers?
hii errbody... ineed help.... i have to make a miniature flower shop... yhu know... da ones in da shoe box... anyways ... i have everything else under control except the flower... we Have to make mini Paper Flowers to put in the show room.... i have no clue on how to do it... she said do not use any stencils to cut the flowers out... basically i only can have a piece of paper and a pair of scissors... 
(yeah she be trippin) any who i need helpp... alot of it... so i want to paint them and make them pretty so help me out please!!!
Go to a site that teaches you how to do quilling or paper filigree. There will be patterns for tiny flowers.
