Do I need a license to hunt rabbit with a pellet gun? In wisconsin? I do not want to hunt in public hunting grounds. I want to hunt in some fields.
I dont own the land but I do have permission.
Yes. They are small game. They may or may not be legal to harvest with a pellet gun, but I am 98% they are small game, not pests, so you must have a license to legally hunt them.
