Are there any smaller drawing tablets that have an LCD display?

I know there's one for roughly $2000 but it's too expensive and too large. I was hoping there was one available that was smaller but you could still see the display screen on the tablet itself.

For that kind of thing you're looking at the Wacom Cintiq 21UX ($2000) or Cintiq 12WX ($1000). I've been using tablets for a long time and I've never seen one cheaper or smaller than those two.
