Clock United

Where is the official clock for the United States?
As in where the exact time is kept for the United States. If you do have any knowledge of the subject and know if there is one clock or two clocks (eastern and pacific) please let me know. If there are two clocks, please let me know where both are. Your help is greatly appreciated.
