fallout 3 jiggs loot?
OK, I entered all the correct numbers on all terminals. Got the message:
"Nice job, Jiggs!
I knew you'd remember the good old days! The loot is in the Security Office Safe in the upper part of the West Wing. Use the terminal up there to get in. Enjoy your share, pal... you earned it! Meet me in the old diner outside the Jury Street Metro Station. See you there.

Where's the safe? I mean, the guides are pretty vague there.
"Security Office": the only security offices that I recall off is the one by the planetarium, and a small room on the upper section from where I get the dish. I get a key from a desk in this room, but it only seems to unlock some door, and it's not the key to the locker.
Again, can someone tell me where EXACTLY is the safe?

From where you find the dish, go through the door near the stairs coming down. There should be a doorway on the left side of that hall, go through it. You should find a staircase that folds back in on itself (going the opposite direction on a higher level). You should find yourself in a security office with a window overlooking the room with the dish. Continue through that room to the far end, there should be a safe in the far wall directly across the door. That's the safe that contains the loot, but there's no way to open except for using the terminal that should be sitting next to it. And you can't use the terminal without completing the terminal puzzle (which you already have).
Interesting Easter Egg that stems from this quest: go to Jury Street Metro Station (located to the North of the door to Vault 101). Once you are there, go to the diner across from the metro tunnel entrance. Look behind the counter, and you should see the body of Prime laying there. Search his body, and you will find the Xuanlong Assault Rifle. This is a "legendary" assault rifle, and is the strongest Small Gun in the game (even when considering most of the downloadable content). It has high damage, high ammo capacity, it's more durable than other assault rifle variants, easy to repair for higher level characters, and uses one of the most common ammo types (5.56mm). Note: this beast of a weapon (and Prime's body) only shows up once you have complete the quest for Jiggs' Loot in the Museum of Technology.
